Azadi is a survivor-led organisation that offers long-term support and capacity development to survivors of human trafficking.
Azadi Kenya is a survivor-led, counter-trafficking NGO that focuses on the provision of long-term support for survivors of trafficking who, too often, find a lack of community support and understanding when reintegrating into society ensuing their experience with trafficking.
We run several programmes all of which are meant to facilitate healing, reintegration, and survivor leadership.
To enable and nurture safe spaces and communities for survivors of human trafficking to heal, thrive and claim agency.
Survivors of human trafficking are integrated, thriving members of society.
The Resource Centre
In January 2022, Azadi Kenya officially opened our resource centre, where all of our programmes, projects, and activities are carried out. It will be a survivor-only, survivor-led space for survivor leaders to find safety, comfort, and community.
This has been an incredible milestone for us and we are beyond thrilled to get to this point.
Please read more about what the resource centre is here:
And read about what we envision the space to be and how you can support us with the centre here:
