Board Member
Evon Kuria is a compassionate caregiver and childcare provider, community leader, Advisory Board member, Peer-to-Peer supporter, and human trafficking advocate. She is passionate about supporting children, families, and vulnerable members of society while promoting dignity, safety, inclusion, and empowerment.
Through her work in the Azadi community, Evon serves as a Peer-to-Peer supporter, engaging with community members, listening to their experiences, sharing knowledge, and encouraging people to recognize their strengths and available opportunities.
As an Advisory Board member, she is committed to representing community voices and contributing to meaningful discussions and decisions that can improve the lives of those she serves.
Evon is also an advocate for victims and survivors of human trafficking, dedicated to raising awareness, promoting protection and dignity, and supporting efforts that help people rebuild their lives.
