Grace is the numbers-and-balance person at Kipato, making sure the business finances are clear, organized, and working well. As an accountant, she manages budgets, tracks expenses, and supports responsible financial decisions so that daily operations run smoothly and the business can grow steadily. Beyond work, Grace is calm, thoughtful, and values simplicity and balance. She has a strong passion for advocacy, research, and learning new skills. Being part of the Azadi community has helped her positively influence others by encouraging them to believe in themselves and see new possibilities beyond their past experiences. She believes growth comes from learning, support, and changing perspectives. Her guiding philosophy is: Do your work with honesty, care, and intention, and everything else will follow. She also reminds herself that her experiences cannot define who she is going to be in the future.
