Zinma Okwado is one of the newest voices on the Azadi Board. She brings over 17 years of experience as a Communications and Media Specialist, with a background that spans branding, storytelling, and international relations.

Her “superpower” is a sharp sense of self and situational awareness with a strong instinct for reading people, rooms, and contexts.

When she isn’t shaping narratives, Zinma is a self-confessed news junkie and a life-long learner. She enjoys theatre and plays, finds comfort in décor and home transformation programs, keeps up with the news like a true current affairs junkie, and has recently embraced crocheting as a creative reset. A knowledge buff at heart, she loves learning for the joy of it."
