Women hold seats in government, but they cannot speak. When they talk, nobody takes them seriously. Their words are pushed aside. They have titles, but no real say. Their hands are tied. Their mouths are shut. They are present, but powerless. The orange background is a warning. This is not right. Women in leadership must be heard.
