I am Ann Munyiva. I share feminism through photos and storytelling. My work focuses on showing the beauty, strength, and identity of women in a real and honest way through my images. I tell stories that celebrate women and their experiences.

Esther Musyohka

I am Esther Musyokha.

I am a photographer who uses lens as both a mirror and a voice defining narratives surrounding women and identity. The goal of my work is to use photography as a tool for feminist expression.

Irene Wanza

I am Irene Wanza. I am a photographer who expresses vegetation and landscapes through art to express the beauty of nature. The goal of my work is to protect and advocate the environment.

Juliet Atieno

Lilian Acheing

I am a photographer who expresses through capturing moments, emotions and stories to freeze memories in time revealing beauty in everyday life. Due to culture, human experiences and nature I find it a way I express so many ideas to preserve special moments and to create images that inspire, communicate and connect people across different backgrounds and generations.

Lilian Mutinda

I am Lilian Mutinda, a photographer who uses photography as a tool for expression and resistance. As a feminist inspired by Photographers Without Borders, I explore women’s identities shaped by inequality and colonisation, creating images that challenge dominant narratives and amplify unheard voices.

Linet Atieno

I am Linet Atieno, a storyteller through photography. Using beads to breathe life into my art. Through a single frame, I share my perspective while weaving in the lived experiences of other women. My work reflects how patriarchal systems have long dimmed our light and systems that not only overlooked us, but also dictated how we should exist, shaping and trimming our identities to fit limiting expectations.

Mary Syombua

Mary Syombua is a photographer who expresses the strength and women's contributions in the community that often go unnoticed. Challenging the community to move beyond stereotypes towards genuine appreciation. My mission is to create a safe space for women within the community. By documenting their lived experiences with dignity, I hope to create a platform where women feel seen and empowered.

Mercy Viselo

Mercy Viselo is an emerging artist who sees the world through a lens of depth and meaning. Her photography blends emotion, identity, and social awareness, turning ordinary scenes into compelling visual stories. She is driven by curiosity and courage. Through this exhibition, she invites viewers into her perspective, with the goal of creating connection and inspiring a deeper understanding of our world.

Naomi Mmela

I am Naomi Mmela, a photographer who expresses women’s health stories and the strength, the scars, and the softness in between. The goal of my work is to show the struggle of women in health.

Mwongeli Ndambuki

I am Mwongeli, a survivor leader, an advocate, a feminist and a photographer. Through my work, I capture and reveal the inner truths and lived experiences of women and girls. My aim is to help the society recognise that, "women’s rights are human rights," as Hillary Clinton stated. I highlight both the struggles and the resilience of women and girls, reminding the world of their power, dignity and worth.

Noora Hassan

I am Noora Hassan, a photographer who loves taking or making arts that are speaking more about the rights of women and love using flowers to show the femininity of the art so as to focus on the goal.

The goal is to change the perspective of how women should or are supposed to be seen in the day today’s life.

Oprah Nicole

Oprah is a photographer who focuses on social justice, environmental advocacy, and empowering women through the lens. I work at the intersection of human rights and media highlighting stories of the girl child and women fighting for their land, rights, and peace. My goal is to use photography as a tool to empower rural and indigenous women by providing them with a platform to tell their own stories through media.

Robai Kisaka

I am Robai and I am a photographer who expresses the connection between people and their environment aiming to celebrate women and nature. I am a photographer who captures women's stories to challenge and create spaces of strength and visibility. The goal is to highlight the connection between people, environment and justice.

Shaline Alvitsa

I am Shaline, a passionate photographer who loves capturing real moments and meaningful stories. My work focuses on women's emotions and environment.

My goal is to tell a powerful story through photography - stories that raise awareness, inspire change and celebrate the strength of a woman and everyday life.

Tency Juma

Tency is a photographer and advocate dedicated to safeguarding living history by bridging the gap between tradition and modernity. My aim is to archive endangered cultural practices and empower communities to document their own narrative, using photography as a vital tool to preserve collective memory and ensure cultural heritage remains unbroken.

Tracy Atieno

Tracy is a young photographer and advocate using her lens to confront violence against women and champion female leadership. By capturing both the realities of gender-based injustice and the power of women in decision-making roles, she aims to dismantle societal stigmas and inspire future leaders. Ultimately, Tracy strives to partner with global advocacy groups, turning her striking visual storytelling into a powerful catalyst for systemic change and empowerment.

Victoria Ambiyo

Victoria Ambiyo is a photographer who tells stories that matter. Her lens is drawn to the unseen, the unheard, and the underestimated, ensuring they take up space. Through her work, she aims to document, challenge stereotypes, and center the lived experiences of women and girls. For Victoria, feminism isn't just a perspective—it's the heartbeat of both her studies and her photography. Her goal: to amplify voices, interrupt injustice, and capture the strength of those building a more equitable world.

Victoria Mutheu

I am Victoria Mutheu and I am a photographer who expresses stories through light emotions and untold human experience, and also expressing women's voices and human rights.

The goal of my work is to empower women and girls by capturing their strength, resilience and identity.
